With the exception of Humana, Tricare, and Amerigroup Medicaid, Q-Care Medical accepts most insurances at this time, including UHC Commercial plans! We will update this site once Humana becomes available. If at all in doubt of in-network status, feel free to call and verify your particular insurance with our front staff.

We offer services for non-insured patients. The reception staff may be able to assist in estimate of potential services to be rendered, but are unable to provide an official quote of expected amount as this may vary due to variation in treatment. Our basic office visit begins at $150 for new patients and $75 for existing patients. Any additional charges resulting from additional testing or procedures will be discussed with you before they are performed. All charges are payable and expected at the time services are rendered.

 Q-Care Medical provides a set discount for those who are self-pay as well.

Payments (cash, co-pays, or payments on deductible plans) will be due at the time of your appointment. Any overdue balances may prohibit the ability for future appointments. Most credit cards will be accepted, as well as Care Credit.
